Hi everyone, for the most part I used to walk my dog, "Bedrock" around the neighborhood where I live, however, up until a few months ago, I noticed that he was getting bored with the same routine, so, I started taking him to the park. I've taken him to several parks and it was seemed as if he wasn't liking them until one evening I took him to "Barrios Unidos Park", immediately it was clearly obvious that he enjoys strolling through this one park...his reaction is that of being content and serene... this park is definitely the one for him!!! Read moreDon't let the location fool you. There's plenty of sports associations including soccer for adults and youth, baseball and flag football from what I've seen. It is right next door to a police station so it's got a constant flow of police following in and out of the area making it feel a little extra safe. The playground is modern like many other Phoenix playgrounds. Well lit basketball courts and bathroom area. If you live nearby don't exclude it and go take a walk along the curvy paths. Plus if you like planes it's in direct path of flights...
Read moreGood quiet park with benches in the shade for eating in comfort. Baseball field with safety cage, volleyball court, basketball court all on site. They have bathrooms on site as well. The children have access to a large playground fit for kids off all ages. There wasn't anything that presented any fancy to the children and with Burger Tight down the street it will make for a great lunch and play for the kids. It would make a great lunch...
