When I Got To The Window The Was A Hispanic CS REP I ordered 2 junior Whopper meals fries and drink. Family bundle 3 cheeseburgers free fries and and three cheeseburgers and 2 Whopper meals with the fries and Dr. Pepper. Which Was 32.39 For The Total Order Waited For Her To Take My Money Which Was A Total Of 10 Mins From Speaker To Window, They Were PRETTY Backed Up. So At The Window Etna I Believe Was Her Name Same Was Handing Me Out The Window Bag After Bag After Bag an I Asked Dis Ahe Have A Bigger Bag To Put Them In An She Got Mad An Said No. I Said A Larger Plastic Bag An She Closed The Window She Came Back And Started Handing Drink After Drink 7 to Be Exact And I Asked For Carriers For Them Due To I Was The Only One In The Car To Get 7 Meals An 7 Drinks She Looked At Me An Started To Walk Away Again Mad So I Asked For A Manager And Cody He Said His Name Was Said In The Manager I Said He Was Not But To Them 2 They DID NOT CARE!!! I TOLD HIME WHAT WAS GOING ON HE SAID SOMETHING TO ERMA AND SHE SHOVED 3 PLASTIC BAGS AND 2 TRAYS OUT THE WINDOW HE WAS RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND UNCARING. JUST LIKE HER AND I HAD TO SIT ON THE PARKING LOT AND PUT ALL THESE MEALS IN 3 BAGS THE MEALS WERE NOT IN BAGS TOGETHER LIKE I ASKED FOR THEM TO BE TO MAKE IT EASYER FOR ME AN MY HUNGRY GRANBABIES. Read moreThe lady that initially helped me was super nice! But she wasn't at the counter when I had gone up with my complaint. I got through half my Jr Whopper before I realized I didn't have cheese on it. I went up to tell someone but there was no one there. The staff behind the window saw me looking from them to the drive thru window and back and didn't say anything. I turned to sit back down. Then a kid from behind the counter asked me what was wrong from across the room after I had walked away. So I told him, "I'm halfway through the burger so I don't expect to be refunded or anything, but I don't have any cheese and I paid a dollar for it. Just thought I'd let you know to keep an eye out." This guy who couldn't have been more than 21 goes "Oh you should have brought it up right away..." To which I said, "Well yeah, but I didn't notice until halfway through. I don't want a refund or anything, just heads up." The fry cooks seem to be young and unfocused. While fast food is a starting job for many, that is no excuse for skipping the basics. Instead of placing blame back on the customer, apologize and offer a solution. But seeing that initially those that were behind the counter were hesitant to even help me at first I just decided to take the small $1 loss and never come back to this location. It was also dirty. Most tables had crumbs and there was an unbussed table that remained untouched for the 30 mins I was there. The one on 14th and Bell is much better. Look at the photos....It's hard to believe that a paying customer would receive a sandwich with the lid of a ketchup bottle INSIDE laying underneath lettuce. You cannot convince me that the cook (whomever) made this sandwich and never noticed this gross and nauseating issue???
Either the person was 'high' on some substance 'or' it was intentional. Whatever the case, it has ENDED any future trips there or any other Burger King for that matter. Whataburger - Thank You!
When returning to the store with this trash in hand AND my receipt confirming I had purchased my sandwich there, the "acting" assistant manager was in a deep conversation that I she (Cinthia) didn't see me standing there for nearly 5 minutes and the 'cook' she was speaking with never felt it was his duty to inform her that a customer was standing awaiting service.
Needless to say, I was supposed to receive a refund that never posted to my account 'and' I have NEVER returned there. When viewing past comments from other diners, it strongly suggests this place is less than trash, it's deplorable. The Health Dept truly needs to visit this place 'unannounced' with one goal in mind - to shut it down!!!
This is the type of service quality residents in this area have come to expect. It's just that saddening....
