Ruby's Express — Restaurant in Phoenix

If I could leave negative stars I would. I never leave a bad review but for this instance it’s warranted and deserves a bad review. I ordered the chicken tenders which immediately looked questionable when receiving but also tasted horrible. The next morning I woke up in the worst pain with throwing up and horrible diarrhea keep in mind I am also 31 weeks pregnant. Extremely dangerous for me to get food poisoning also being a high risk pregnancy to begin with. It got so bad I ended up admitted to the hospital with dehydration and contractions almost put me in early labor. I couldn’t even keep water down. Do not eat here. This place could have caused serious medical issues for myself and baby. I’m disgusted. Horrible...

I went into Rudy's today at lunch time with my friend. The girls working on 6-26-23 and the name said Jesus Q on my receipt. She was on the phone and it took her forever to look up and see she had a customer. I was trying to be patient. After I got my food she went behind the counter and picked up her phone again. I just waited until the cook looked out and said did I need anything. I said yes the server never gave me my drink. I have had a business and I know your employee can make you or break you. She did not deserve to represent your company. Such a waste of money to...

Very disappointing. I didn't think I could go wrong with a classic burger for lunch. The burger was tiny, the bun was dry and I practically needed the fries with ketchup to make it palletable. McDonalds makes a much better burger AND it's cheaper. My dad and I came here together, $30 for two measly burgers and one lemonade that had a weird aftertaste. I hate throwing food away, especially when it's that overpriced but I actually felt sick after lunch and couldn't finish my work day. Charlie's has better value and it's right...
