Stopped in to buy whole bean coffee and grab a cup of hot coffee to go. Although it was only 5:30 and they don’t close for 4 more hours, I couldn’t have a cup of coffee because the machine had already been cleaned. I expressed my disappointment to the barista, but he smiled and shrugged like he could care less. Completely unacceptable that he offered an Americano instead because watered down espresso doesn’t taste like good coffee. He didn’t even offer a pour over, then tried to dissuade me from ordering it. The worst service I’ve ever had...

This Starbucks location always does a great job. My drink is always made just how I like it—iced vanilla latte with oat milk. The baristas are friendly and fast, even when it’s busy. The store is clean and has a relaxing vibe, great for studying or meeting up with friends. Mobile orders are ready on time and super convenient. They also keep the pastry case full of fresh snacks. 1/1/25 1000am I ordered a traditional pumpkin spice latte Venti Hot and a Venti hot chai latte no foam. This is a third time I go to this location.
