Starbucks — Restaurant in Phoenix

Today is my birthday! Yay! I went to this sarbucks hoping to get my free birthday drink ! I went to order a mango dragon fruit refresher. The lady let me know she didn't have that. She said all she had was a strawberry acai. I agreed to that drink. We pulled to the window and scanned my app. It wasn't registering that I had a free drink so I showed her my ID, and she said it doesn't matter because it's not on the app. Now , what if I didn't have the app.... do I not get to get my free drink ? We agreed to just pay for it because she refused to accept my ID for proof that it was my birthday. She then handed me my drink and there was NO STRAWBERRY in it ! I asked her , and she said they were out of Strawberries. If I would have known that I would have just gotten something completely different. I am pregnant and can't have caffeine so I thought the refresher would be good. Now I'm drinking on what seems to be a caprisun. I'm very upset with my experience, and would have much rather of gone to dutchbros where I know they have great customer service and care about...

Starbucks if you ever running late and you need a cup of coffee and you're in a hurry look it up Starbucks they're everywhere and one thing about them is that they got a bunch of different types of coffees and if you ever want to you can you can mix it and ask for a certain things which a lot of things that they got there's a lot of combinations that you can make stuff with and they come out good if you're a coffee drinker it's highly recommended that you go there and get a cup of coffee from there and they got the good type of fraps there too and which is cold drinks cold coffee real good you need to look it up look it up Starbucks they're everywhere in the area if you're off of 16th Street and Southern there's one inside the Safeway if you're off of 24th Street and Baseline there's one in back of the Circle K in the plaza so if you ever want good coffee I recommend go to Starbucks if you have any questions I'm here for you guys let me know thank you for your time again coffee anytime of the day look...

Have you ever gone to Starbucks and tasted your drink after you drove away and said, this does not taste like what I ordered? Well, you’re probably right!! I went to the drive-through this morning And it took a while to get a hot coffee ordered. As I’m sitting there watching the window, I see the barista making a coffee. She grabs her silver cup pours whatever is in the plastic gallon in +4 pumps of syrup steam it puts it in a cup and walks to the drive-through window to hand it to me. I ask her what is in the plastic gallon? She says 2% milk. I told her I ordered my coffee with half-and-half. She lies and says no, she used half-and-half. I told her I just sat here watching exactly what she did . She says if you don’t believe me, I can remake it? I said no thank you I don’t want you to spit in my cup!! I drove away. 2% milk is free, half-and-half milk they charge $.80. Beware of this location and their laziness. I will just consider Dutch Bros or scooters in the future and no longer go...
