I am a regular to this location inside Albertsons. In the past 4 months this location has gone to shit. Let me be clear, itās not the employees fault, but clearly the Albertsons Management does not care about this entity inside its store: these workers were forced to work while standing in no less than an inch of water while electric outlets were exposed, due to the fact this place has not been updated or even looked at since they added it things are falling apart, they finally broke down and got them a new espresso machine however since getting it, it has been down more than itās been working. They are starting to remind me of the McDonald s ice cream machine⦠always down. When you complain tk Albertsons store management they clearly have the mindset of deflect and defer. Other donāt even hide the fact that they could care less. Some mornings (when the machine is working) there is a long line and only one employee. when you ask why thereās not more help, they advise there isnāt enough payroll to have more than one until later in the morning. While I love a good frappachino itās not my drink of choice first thing in the morning. There are 4 other Starbucks within a 2-3 mile radius and I choose this one because the employees are nice and they remember and typically have my order ready before I even order some mornings. However if Albertsons (whom I assume is responsible for managing and upkeeping this location) canāt put forth some effort to maintain it properly then like the 6 other people who just walked out (causing a loss of both business and revenue)then Iāll be forced to take myself with those people to the fryās down the street where I ultimately will end up doing my regular shopping at too as itās mundane to go to multiple places whe Iām already there. I call upon you to step up and fix this location according to Albertsons quarterly reports your already loosing money and watching people walk out because you canāt spend a few hundred bucks to properly upkeep your equipment is probably the reasoning for the drop in sales overall. Get it together Albertsons, donāt be the next company on the bankruptcy list because you canāt step up and manage...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have never been more upset than I have been with a Starbucks. I have walked in multiple times to this Starbucks inside Albertsons and have had terrible service in the recent months. The so called manager Liz has a poor attitude and is always rude no matter what day it is. They never have anything ready or prepped because she is lazy. She is never actually at the Starbucks store in Albertsons and is always having to be paged to come back to her post. She is usually the only one there because she doesn't like working with others which she has told me herself. She stated she prefers it better that way. So yes her labor may be low which is good but they get no service to make up for the low labor because she is consistently rude and I myself have even walked in seen her and left because I don't appreciate terrible customer service. Why would I want to go somewhere where the person is going to be rude and selfish and only think about themselves. If you don't want to put the work in and be pleasant please don't work somewhere that is customer...

The so called manager there who is the barista in the mornings is rude she is so unprofessional. while she is rambling off with someone else or is "cleaning", She will ask you if you can wait so she can finish what she is doing. 5-10 min pass by then She asks "WHAT YOU WANT" when your going to order. Once I try to order she also will recommend something else then what you ordered and if you don't get what she recommends she rolls her eyes, walks away and starts slamming on blenders and from across the bar she will yell what size I want. Its like it bothers her when someone orders. I don't understand why she is in the business if she hates talking to people. For the first time I decided I would not order and told her I'd just walk away since it bothered her so much that I didn't want her peach tea and I wanted a caramel frapp. And when I told her I was just going to walk away she said why and then said okay fine with me.
