So we came here because of the amazing reviews. We will drive anywhere for great food, and this is about 30+ mins from where we live. I gotta say it was just OK. I got the Pad Thai w/chicken level 3, and it was bland. Most Thai restaurants put tofu, shrimp, etc. in the meal (no extra charge), this place literally only had chicken (which is what I ordered), I was surprised by the lack of flavor. I could've easily done a level 5 here. The chicken was chewy, not tender at all & unfortunatelyI had chicken skin in my meal, which is not appetizing... My husband had the Massaman curry with beef, and it was watered down, and he took all the meat out as it was too tough to eat. These are the two plates we order at any new Thai place to see if we will come back. Neither one of us finished, and when asked for boxes, we declined.

The service was amazing, and our waiter was super, just not our go-to Thai place. Probably won't come back. Maybe it was an off day based on the reviews,...

A lot of other positive reviews convinced me to try this. It's not good. The place has a banner sign that's unlit. Menufy was supposed to send an email when it was ready for pickup - that still hasn't happened and dinner is almost done. I ordered a pad thai and got something. Orange flavorless noodles with zero spice. Dry chicken pieces. A tiny pinch of peanut nuts tucked under the foil the food was on. Virtually no bean sprouts or other vegetables. Menu says topped with cilantro is technically correct: three leaves of cilantro were on top. But it's just orange bland noodles. Terrible. Also ordered pad broccoli. Also bland with zero spice. Lots of watery broth though. Not much broccoli considering it's in the name. Way too much broth and no sauce or flavor.

The rice was ok and the chicken satay was decent. Don't waste your time and money on takeout. Maybe it's different if you...

So this is my secret spot for the best Curry I've ever had. It's close to my home and is in my opinion so good. I ordered the yellow curry with chicken and it comes with rice. I ordered a spicy level 3. You can do up to level 5 if you are feeling brave. Real simple. The Curry soup comes with slices of carrots, big pieces of potatoes and onions big enough to remove if you wish to. It's amazing. I've also tried the other dishes but my Tai is terrible so I would have to make another review for the other dishes. They are so good and I also ordered more and added shrimp as my protein. It's hidden next to a barber shop so you might have trouble finding it. It's my special place to dine in for lunch or order pickup. If you call ahead they are pretty good at having your order in a timely manner. This is my secret spot. So...

We ordered off the lunch menu, which includes quite a number of dishes for $7.95, a chicken pad thai and chicken yellow curry. The dishes came with either soup or salad. The cook was able to accommodate my request for gluten free entrees for the salad option. We also ordered shrimp spring rolls as appetizers and I got a Thai iced tea. The salad came out first, then the appetizer, with the entrees quickly following. The server was quite attentive, making sure that the sauces and items were prepared properly. The ambiance is low key, the furnishings spartan. We were quite happy with our reasonably priced lunch.
