I'm sure the coffee and staff are fine but the owners are extremely rude and hostile. Wow definitely a Karen and a Ken. First things first there are two ways to access the business, the drive thru off 20th st and the walk up off of Indian School. The spaces in front of the walk up were empty and the drive through was wide open and accessible. I was attempting to park my trailer in a single parking spot at the storage place next door. There weren't many spots by the entry doors to unload and not much room so it was taking me a while to park. In no way was I blocking their main two entry points. All of sudden a car pulls up a man and women come out heated and hostile yelling and swearing in front of my kid telling us to move or they will call the police. My dad and I were trying our best to tell them we are trying to move and please be patient that just fired them up more. Eventually the guy finally helped spot me so we could the trailer parked a solution that could have been achieved much sooner had they not approached us with so aggressively. My very large family and friends including a few Human Bean customers will never give our business to...
Read moreI used to come here a lot. The staff this morning around 11:30 was truly incompetent. Sat in line for 25 minutes for a simple cup of coffee. And no, I am not exaggerating - I was trapped in line for 25 full minutes of my life

If you haven't seen it, look it up! But more importantly don't waste a half hour of your life on cup of coffee that is probably just going to be incorrect anyways.
One look at the operations and I drove off empty handed. I would honestly rather waste my time and get nothing than waste my time and patronize...

He said 'yeah'. We started walking home before we tried the drinks, and it was very sweet and didn't taste like a sugar substitute. I was feeling a bit off by the time we got home - thinking maybe it was the caffine, I stopped drinking the latte and had some water. I checked my blood sugar 15 ish minutes later since I was still feeling off and it was spiked. This is absolutely not okay - I understand this a new facility but it can be really dangerous to give someone sugar when they ask for sugar free (multiple times). We will not...
