My girlfriend and I wanted to go for a bike ride and find the closest Whataburger. So, we got our bikes out and we even loaded up the puppy and we pedaled almost 5 miles to this Whataburger. I went in to make the order. First impression, the place was kept clean and orderly. So they care about that. I make an almost $20 order and pay for it. Then I asked for one extra sauce and the cashier says that's 38 cents. Really? Nearly a $20 order and you are gonna charge for one sauce? Well, I paid it because I wanted the sauce. The order came out in due time and I took it to the table. My extra sauce was not there. Gotta go back to the counter and ask again. Now, its a manager at the counter and it seems that they can't drag their feet slow enough to get my sauce. So, you guessed it, customer service skills are not reinforced here. But that's not all, I get back to my food. Now, I love a nice, juicy, and hot Whataburger with cheese and everything else on it with some fries, too, of course. The fries were hard, and cold. Our whataburger were made right, if you want everything piled on one side and cold. COLD. Clean place - great! Customer service - where? Quality of the food - no pride shown here. I may give them another shot, but it will be a while and definitely a different time of day. Maybe other crews there do care about...

They said they didnt offer lemonade or another non carbonated cold drink except tea which I don't drink. Ended up ordering a shake. It was later that evening I realized my debit card was missing. It took quite a bit of effort and time to get their phone number to call to see if they had it. Yep. The next morning I went thru drive thru. At window was told they didn't have it - until I showed my badge from work.

The previous night, I had ordered a cinnamon roll to pick up about 10:15 am to get the phone number. I arrived and pulled into curbside pick up, called the number. I waited for more than 10 min and called again. Oh! They'd be right out. In the meantime I was estimating how late I was going to be for doctor's appointment. After several minutes someone came out to see if I was going to want ketchup! I asked, "With a cinnamon roll"? Another "Oh" response. It must have been at that point that order was prepared! More waiting before I received my order! I believe it took at least 20 minutes to get my online order picked up. It was about 30 minutes after the designated pick up time! Fortunately the cinnamon roll was good - eating it while driving to an appointment hoping I won't be too late and...
