Burger King — Restaurant in Phoenix

truly I wish I could give them a negative five stars. The bathrooms were disgusting. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. We got there right at the end of breakfast going into lunch time. And they were completely ignoring everyone that was waiting in the inside diner area and only servicing the cars in line wouldn't even acknowledge the line inside that was a massing. Finally one person came from the back who kept itching his nose while taking orders. At least three people in line all of our orders were wrong once they were finally served 🤦🏾‍♀️. One man had ordered a replacement Patty on his Whopper with a meat alternative Patty and they made his Whopper the right way and realized he wanted to meet alternative Patty and no cheese and literally just gave him the meat alternative Patty in a wrapped up piece of paper and when he tried to tell them that he was completely vegan and that the cheeses the young lady acted as though she didn't understand why this was a problem 🤦🏾‍♀️ The staff was incredibly rude and using vulgar language laughing playing throwing french fries at each other very very very immature. The new guy at the register didn't have any idea how to ring everything up and was about having a panic attack when you ordered anything that needed to be modified in any way. And the young lady who was helping him was incredibly irritated that she had to help him. There was a young man of Latino descent that helped him a few times that felt it necessary to use profanity in Spanish when talking about the customers. The other staff was also speaking in Spanish rudely about guess who I assume they didn't think could speak Spanish🤦🏾‍♀️ just because a person isn't of Spanish or Latino descent doesn't mean that they don't know Spanish 🤦🏾‍♀️ this is Arizona after all it's definitely a primary language here 🤦🏾‍♀️ my refund difference was never issued to my card. I ordered a breakfast meal but because it took them so long to make they gave me a lunch meal that was of the same number once the menus changed. Two people came in from two different food ordering apps such as doordash and Uber eats and their orders were nowhere near ready both ended up waiting almost 30 minutes then canceled one only had one combo on there that they couldn't seem to prepare. I asked the young lady behind the counter for corporate's number and she had a very nasty attitude and did not want to give it to me the young man finally gave it to me and when I called corporate they never even called back regarding this 🤦🏾‍♀️😡 this place absolute trash. I was actually excited to take my daughter on our date day. It's Father's Day and my husband's working in my son's with his grandparents. So I decided to make the day fun for my daughter. When we got there the place was completely empty other than a family waiting for their food to go. Clearly the one who was the manager saw me didn't acknowledge me nothing the person who took my order was filthy rude and when the printer paper ran out and he had to change it not a word was said he just walked away. I could look past these couple little issues however immediately upon getting our food it was cold. Then my daughter states she had to use the restroom which was closed and could not be open. So I asked the manager for bags for my food to go and he just smirked and walked away after handing me the bags not asking if I had an issue. I'll never return to that Burger King again.

Waited about 7 mins for service this past tuesday at 10pm got too window an it was the assistant manager who treated us in such wat name sam ! Such a bad example for his crew workers this is my community an im sad that we were treated with such cruel ness it says ,(((((( our commitment to quality ingredients, signature recipes, iconic sandwiches like the flame-grilled WHOPPER® Sandwich and fast, family-friendly dining experiences in a welcoming environment is what has defined our brand for more than 50 successful years))).
