I honestly don't like the idea of having to share my negative feelings and experience about a restaurant that my family and I Love but I am forced to do so!!!! I frequent this particular location as often as 3 times in a week. Last eve was my BREAKING point!!! My husband and I placed our order in the drive thru, approached the window and proceeded to pay using a government issued form of payment. We were informed that we are not allowed to use this form of payment via the drive thru window, which wasn't a problem being that it was 9:50pm and all of the signs posted say that the lobby closes at 10pm. I told the male worker I would be more than happy to come into the restaurant to continue with the purchase of our meals as we pointed out the posted schedule near the window. He said that I could not due to the lobby closing early this particular evening at 9:45pm. I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor. He shunned me on and continued staring at my husband and I carelessly. I asked again as he turned his back on us with no response nor regard to our request. I began to feel my blood boil as this had been the 5th time I had been treated with such disrespect and disregard by a few of the younger employees at this location previously (my last visit I waited 12 minutes in the lobby to be acknowledged and have my order taken, waited another 26 minutes for my order to be complete, and when I discovered I was missing 4 tacos, I watched the employee take them from my bags and distribute them to a gentleman whom entered the lobby 4 minutes after I did. The young man replied, my coworker just stole them for another customer. You will have to wait while I make you some more.) After attempting to call this particular location 6 times to file a complaint with the management, I let it go and chalked it up to the fact that maybe it was just another bad or busy day. I have not only been in the customer service business for 30 plus years but I am a former employee of Jack in the Box restaurant. I didn't feel the need to explain to anyone that I was forced to leave my employment as a Medical Biller due to Covid-19 and be forced to seek Government assistance so my family and I can eat therefore requiring us to use this form of payment. I have never been so DISRESPECTED or felt so HUMILIATED in my life as a Tax paying citizen and Human being!!!!!!!!!! I called several times to be hung up on 13 times or have a fax machine like sound. I am ready to seek legal advice and file multiple formal complaints. If we (my family and I) didn't Love the food offered on the menu so much or the closeness of the location, I would gladly spend my funds elsewhere with no second thought. I would love to teach your employees the importance of the customer service experience, how it affects the JITB Brand as a whole, demonstrate how to properly present themselves as an employee of Jack, but also remind them of the importance of how to be HUMANE to each customer during each encounter. We never know what the next person is going through or experiencing at that particular moment and the outcome could be horrible. I just happen to have the moral compass which includes treating others as I want my family treated. Remind them that even though they are working at a "fast food" establishment, every encounter matters. Read moreWhen we arrived it was early evening and we were in a good mood walking in hoping to pass on that good vibe to the crew at Jack in the Box. Our order was challenging but not complicated. We ordered a loaded breakfast sandwich and wanted substitute American cheese for swiss cheese. Then we ordered another loaded breakfast sandwich and wanted to substitute the sourdough bun for regular hamburger bun. Then we ordered jumbo breakfast platter with sausage and bacon combo. Plus some mini churros and 2 cokes. Our cashier was very nice and friendly but seemed to have trouble placing our order not his fault sometimes we can be a bit overwhelming. He called another cashier to help him with the order. We clearly explained several times what we wanted, having one sandwich substitute Swiss cheese and the other substitute regular bun. The second cashier seemed rather irritated with us and our order, he was making rude comments in Spanish to his co-workers about us. He did not realize we understood what he was saying. I made an effort to make sure he understood our order and he reassured us he got it right with a little irritated attitude. When we received the order we noticed first off the jumbo breakfast platter did not come as we ordered only sausage no bacon and no hash brown. My loaded breakfast sandwich was actually the grilled sourdough breakfast sandwich and my partners loaded breakfast sandwich came without the sausage and bun and he says it was just plain terrible and probably won't visit Jack in the Box for a minute cause of his experience and quality of food. My sandwich being wrong was not too bad I enjoyed most of it but but had my heart set on the other. The jumbo platter was tasty but the sausage tasted like chemical cleaner. Read moreOkay, ya it's March 13, 2025 5:20 p.m. I came in to order 4 tacos. I bit into the taco, and it was not hot. I went in twice telling them, I don't think the taco was cooked all the way. I'm a 54 year old lady just getting off work and don't have time for games. The second time I requested either a refund, or a fish sandwich in exchange. The young man at the cash register kept saying things that did not apply to me. I recorded it all. I also would like to know WHY did the young lady change the temperature on the oil. If the temperature of the oil is being manipulated towards certain guess this could be criminal. Again, I have video of everything . I worked in fast food, and it would of been a perfect pleasure to ensure the tacos were fried, and would of been happy to insure customer satisfaction. I order tacos all the time and have never had this problem. And yes, I had to go through ALL of this just to get some type of meal for what I paid, and it's sickening. Never in the history of customer service in the US should anyone go through this, and I believe training in customer service is warranted at this location They ended up giving me a fish sandwich and YES, they decided to call their manager, just to do a simple exchange or refund.I ended up getting a fish sandwich and plead with the young lady to let my fish cook a little longer, (as I assume the oil is not hot enough) and they gave me a half cooked fish sandwich as punishment and it's devastating what I went through. I have everything on video, but I might need to get my daughter to post the video on this review cause I couldn't post it.
