Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Phoenix

While in the area this morning I decided to check and see if any new coffee options have found their way to Anthem. I was pleased to see this pop up and decided to head over. It was easy to find and lucky for me both the drive thru and walk up were empty. Since I had never heard of or been to Ziggi’s before I looked up the menu online. I definitely recommend that because the walk up menu didn’t show even half of it. The location has no inside seating and only a couple benches (no tables) while you wait for your order at the walk up. The drive thru lanes are long which helps keep the parking lot open. When I walked up to the window no one greeted me initially, but I did notice they have a buzzer for service and once I rang it I was helped immediately. While I was greeted right away the girl helping me seemed a bit flippant and over the day already. I tried to converse and it was returned with short responses. I explained I’d never been here before and again she just seemed bothered. I decided on a cold brew which is my go to typically as well as an everything bagel sander either sausage. I sat and waited. When my items were ready another woman handed them to me . She was friendly and kind. So I’m 50/50 on the service. I just felt so unwelcome by the first employee. The breakfast sandwich was as delicious and I liked that the bagel wasn’t over cooked. My cold brew was good. It was not acidic tasting like some other coffee shops in town and the right amount of heavy whipping cream that I like. Price was a bit steep, but as long as I’m not going every day it’s not an...

Well today I was super excited about trying this coffee place. I travel all over the country running my business hydrating the world with coconuts. Well I pull up after getting my battery replaced and wanted to check something before I went to get coffee. Well as soon as I try to open up my hood this guy I am pretty sure was the owner starts being really rude and says I can't park there doing stuff on my car. I said I am just looking at the car real quick. Didn't mention I was getting coffee cause of how rude dude was. Well I told him I was going to leave bad review now from how I was treated and not going to buy coffee here ever. If you want to run a successful business then you should learn how to treat people instead of threatening a potential customer with cops cause he was going to look at his hood..now my daughter is upset not getting her a drink but I refuse to support businesses that are run by people with rude attitudes. Maybe next time you will not judge or kindly tell I can't do that and give me a warning say you can't stay here but to immediately act like this is unacceptable..now I have an upset kid and you sir I hope learns your lesson on...

The owner is an awful person. Your building is next to a car shop. I went to get a part then had plans to come get a drink and breakfast as you BOTH share the property.

Owner told me to no longer park in his wide open parking that I was not hindering in the slightest, and to keep my car off his business. Little does he know my intent was to buy a drink on the way out. I went to your store 3-5 times a week, but no more. This is not my first altercation with you also and you are rude. Good luck on your business, this is not the way to win over the community. Ask your employees how many times I was in there a week and maybe that will influence you before being...
