Subway — Restaurant in Piedmont

Here lately good service is hard to find. At Subway in Piedmont that's not the case. ALL the employees are sweet, funny, fast and accurate. Last night we arrived at 8:50PM. I forget Puedmont SHUTS DOWN at 9. Lol. I asked the fella working ,Daniel, if it was too late. He said no ma'am come on in. I said well I see on the sign you close in 10 minutes. I'm sure you've cleanup already. He said yes ma'am but we serve till we close. Please come in. Super sweet, fast. Thank you Daniel for not trying to get us to leave. Thank you for serving with a big heart and a smile. We had been working all day, was tired, and just wanted sweet onion chicken. Lol. Good job Subway hiring sweet people. Thanks again to Daniel....

Just left this restaurant. Walked in, was the only customer in there besides one other person that was waiting for food, or just hanging out. The gentleman behind the counter would not even look up and make eye contact with me. I stood underneath the order here sign for 5 minutes, then decided I would just go to a different restaurant. Not only was this a bad restaurant experience, out of all my restaurant experiences, it was definitely the most odd. To not even be acknowledged. Thru previous visit was good this last time we were there we were very disappointed I ordered four subs and when we got to the toppings the lettuce looked like it had been there for a week and the spinach was very wilted the tomatoes were even wilted looking , in other words I paid for subs that I could have made at home with nothing but meat and cheese, with all the listeria and other things going on how can subway try to push this off on people .
