DG Market — Local services in Piedmont

General grocery store. Their Soda prices are usually high, compared with Gregorson's grocery store, across the street. They attempt to be competitive with grocery store across the street, "Gregorson's." A visit to both is often necessary, to complete a full shopping trip. I would like to see both being so competitive, that a typical shopper could complete an entire shopping trip at One Store. Either one! If that ever happens, and either store concentrates on the CONSUMER; and being enabled to complete their entire shopping trip at One Store, without Having to go to the other, out of necessity; but discovering that they're visiting the other store, out of curiosity, or enjoyment; Whichever store makes this happen, is going to find themselves becoming the More Chosen, More Popular, Store; by the consumer; and, Bringing In A Lot More Money!! I Hope to Witness this happen in Piedmont, Some Day Soon! Until and unless it does, in my humble opinion, Piedmont will be waiting for that 5-Star...

Great job to the manager of the Piedmont Dollar General because they had a clean store, friendly people working and everything was easy to find. The only negative was not attributed to the staff or the management and that was the prices. One 20 ounce Doctor Pepper costed $1.49 and there is no reason to charge that much just because it was cold! A 2 liter is about the same price it was not just the 20 ounce drink, either! I agree that Dollar General is much more convenient than having to drive all the way to a Walmart, but why do their prices have to be almost double? It almost makes a person think it's worth the gas money and time to drive out of town and only use Dollar General in...

omg This store sales beer and has fresh products and meats This Dollar Store Market is great for a rural area My first time there but there was a lady in the store that said she got some bad Baby back ribs ,I just happen to be looking at meat case when She came by they were about 22.00 for the rack of ribs that's was a little pricey for something I've still gotta cook but for the convenience of the store and what they sell was great enjoyed the store better than Walmart there people working at the register's I like that nice you lady at cashiers stand keep up...
