I've tried really hard to give this place a chance. The food is usually alright but the service just kills everything. There is one person there who is beyond hateful. At first I thought maybe they were just having a bad day so I let it go. But EVERY time (over 10) I've been there they are just down right hateful. Never a "hello, a smile or even an acknowledgment. They drop the food off, never ask if everything is right or if we need anything else. Never a "have a nice day, thanks for coming" Nothing. Literally no words. My final straw was this last time when my 10 year old son politely asked for bbq sauce and they rolled their eyes at him as if it was such a huge request. (He asked for it when we placed our order by the way and it wasn't on his plate) so he walked up to where we ordered, waited in line, and asked nicely for it because again they dropped the food off and acted like we didn't exist. Idk what that one person's problem is, but they are like that with nearly everyone from what I've seen. It's truly...

Honestly, I think they are still getting back into the swing of things. They have run out of food on at least 2 occasions when we placed orders. This is either a good indication that they have a lot of customers or a bad indicator that they have supply chain issues. Right now, I would give them 3.5 stars. The food is decent but portions and some quality issues are apparent.
Ordering/paying can be chaotic. You order before sitting down. Since there is only one register, they have no choice but to go based on first come/ first served. We've found that the specials listed on social media are not exactly accurate.
For the price, you get some great food. I'm just hoping after a couple of months, the kinks will be worked out and it will be a much...
Read moreNot sure if I set my expectations too high based on some of the reviews, but saying that I was disappointed with the food is a gross understatement. For me, the mark of a good restaurant is when you don't have to further season food, except to account for personal taste. I had to add salt and pepper just so that food would taste like SOMETHING.
Way (waaaaaaaay) too much egg in the Mac and cheese. Green beans were cooked well, but had zero seasoning like they were straight from the can. My wife's choices fared no better. At nearly $13 each for a meat and 3, I really expected more.
Do yourself a solid and...
