If I could give this store ZERO stars I would. We have had multiple orders missing items over the past two years since moving here-- even after contact w/ corporate MULTIPLE times!! You would think we would learn our lesson but we try to give the benefit of the doubt and nearly every single time we are let down... Seriously how hard is it to put 4 cheeseburgers in a bag? Even when we checked the bag at the drive thru window once the gal was so persistent that everything was in the bag -- not to our surprise she was dead wrong.. missing a Cheeseburger and 6 Cookies!? This is just ONE of the bad experiences. It is very clear store management and upper management doesn't care about this store especially considering there are multiple reviews stating how inaccurate orders and how terrible the service is for a while now and still there is NO CHANGE. I feel like this location is absolutely taking advantage of the fact that they are the only McDonalds in a 20+ mile radius. I wish I could rent the building across the street just to put a sign up stating how terrible the store is. Advice -- Teach your employees how to read a ticket, how to count and teach these people good customer service (especially the management). The district managers and above should really take an active interest in this store and rectify the situation rather than sending out a generic letter and a free meal card. This store will no longer get our money and I hope everyone else with issues takes their business elsewhere... and call the corporate number with complaints. Maybe one day this century the issues...
Read moreMy son was a manager there. Has worked there for 3 years . The biggest joke they have there is hydee. I'm not sure how many people she has ran off, but I have watched her make MANY cry. Witnessed her demean and talk to a female cashier in a way that you would in high school when someone is referring to a person with mental challenges. The poor cashier told me she was ready to walk out but had kids and needed the job. She has bullied my son. She literally starts confrontation with him so that he retaliates back and then she calls her bff heather the store gm to yell at my son for making hydee fight with him. And heather tells my son when he says anything to her about hydee behavior "well that's just hydee" "that's how she is" its bs. My son went to management class for them and now has put in his resignation and must pay $200 to McDonald's for voiding contract....when hydee is the reason he quit..she never gets reprimanded for any of this behavior. Not to mention I have saw her stick her hand down the back of her pants to adjust the tent she wears as underpants and then hand someone their order....ridiculous...yall need to clean house in management...or keep losing people...wait till yall get a lawsuit on your...
Read moreTerrible place. I will not go there ever again. I went Friday, October 20th, 2017 around 8:30pm. We had just went to the haunted museum & were grabbing some dinner. I had my impressionable 11 year old with me. The manager was yelling at her staff & cursing no consideration for customers or her employees. I felt bad for the people making the sandwhiches. I too would continue to make mistakes if I had to work under those conditions too. The lady working front counter kept complaining that she had to work with "Retards". I think who ever owns this establishment needs to do pop ins & get things under control in this store.
