Chef Lee — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

I used to enjoy coming here. But the last few times I have been it has been ridiculous. One after I paid with receipt in had a member of staff chased me out telling me I didn't pay... it took me a bit to explain to him I just paid.. you would have thought the lady that took my money would have opened her mouth. The next time they charged my 2 year old daughter as an adult for eating off of my plate at the buffet... I can't think of one place I have ever eaten that did that on top of being rude about it. This last time I was given a ticket and I will say I did misplace it. But they again acted as if I was going to steal something. If I am standing in front of you with my form of payment trying to give you money where do you get the impression I'm doing something to wrong you.. that was the last time I will eat there.. the attitude in this place is nasty I will take my...

I just had an extremely unpleasant experience here that could have been handled in a better manner.

Those who dine with picky children know the challenges. We had an extra plate to see if our 5 yr old would even eat. Our waiter came over and asked how old the kids were. I told her our 3 yr old would eat but we want to see if our 5 yr old would eat. She waited around and looked at my son a few times. After the uncomfortable silence, my son looked at her and ate a bite of chicken. She said, "see, he's eating." We were charged for an extra person from a forced bite.

I told the manager that I was extremely upset. Not necessarily for charging for an extra person (I don't mind paying), but for disrespecting my son. When I told the wait staff that I would let them know, I don't need them hovering over my children!

Meat had mold on it. I told them they took pictures and took my plate. Then I asked to speak with someone they told me no. I then had to go to the front and let them know what was wrong and that I would only pay for my drinks. The male who took a picture said he didn't remember. ( It literally took place 3 mins ago) then I had to argue with the main staff who said it was just mayo on the ribs. I know what green and white fuzzy mold is and it's not mayo. I didn't end up paying but they continued to serve the meat. Then the waitress had to pay them for my bill, which is ridiculous!!!! I will never go here again and had they just removed the food and said sorry I would not even be writing this review but the way they acted shows this isn't the 1st time. Also now I know why staff is playing dumb. They don't want it coming out of their pay...
