Chick-fil-A is known for their great customer service and the positive attitudes of its employees! Well if you expect that and care about respect giving back when you give it do not go to the location in pine bluff!
First off the first employee I encountered is the one taking your order, she rolled her eyes at me and would not answer any of my questions about the food, she kept saying "do you need a menu?" With the most disrespectful tone and when I asked another question she walked over and snatched the menu out of the order box in a manner that would make anybody uncomfortable! Then we specifically gave her just a few minor things to our order that she did not put in or they did not care in the kitchen!
Second was my experience at the window / open walkway door. The young lady that handed us our food had a look of disgust on her face as well and when I asked if the other employee, which I figured she didn't, put mayo and Chick-fil-A sauce in the order? She didn't even look at the order, she just rolled her eyes made a big sigh sound then walked over and got the mayo and the Chick-fil-A sauce and actually threw it hard into the bag.
This whole time I'm being polite and courteous as I can be and I said thank you ma'am have a great day and she did not even speak! She didn't reply with thanks for coming by, thank you, or your welcome. She just acted like I didn't exist! I hope the owners of this Chick-fil-A get this review because your employees are running your restaurant into the ground with extreme disrespect and horrible customer service! The only thing good about the experience was the food, which they messed the order up but cheese isn't a big deal and I can pull my own pickles off my sandwich! I just wanted someone that's in a managerial or owner to be aware of what is happening at the restaurant because it is blatant disrespect to them as well as customers!
If you hate people or just your job, don't work there!!! I don't know if it's because both of them were probably under 21 but these two females do not need to have a position at this restaurant, point blank.
The other thing is it has left a bad taste for all Chick-fil-A in my mouth and I'll never return to that location and it'll be a while before I even eat...
Read moreWorst experience at any CFA ever! Ordered on the mobile app then waited in a one lane drive thru (other lane was closed) for 50 minutes. Got to the window and was told to pull forward to wait for another 13 minutes. They attempted to bring us the wrong order twice and they finally brought our order without drinks. When they went to get the drinks we checked and the order was all there but no sauces (mayo and CFA sauce that was requested in the app) or utensils for the fruit cups. When they brought the drinks we requested the missing items, the team member brought back ketchup instead of mayo. So we sent him back for that. We waited a grand total of an hour and 7 minutes. This is unacceptable for a CFA. I could see inside and they had plenty of people working and as a former manager for this company I know the challenges as well as the expectations. I will say that the crew member we encountered was pleasant and said “my pleasure.” The food was hot and properly prepared including no pickles on one sandwich. For those reasons I gave them two stars. Someone higher up needs to get involved and help...
Read moreWent thru drive thru.. ordered , paid , pulled up to pick up...I was asked to pull up again and my order would be right out..after several minutes and seeing the cars behind me get thier order and drive around me I honked my horn..some young man came out and asked what I needed...of course my order...he went back in and a few seconds later a girl came out carrying 2 bags .finally...here comes my order ..she never said a word...she stuck the bag thru my window only a few inches from my face...typical ghetto attitude you can expect from most restaurants in Pine Bluff...she didn't have a chance to put the second sack in my face... This was my first and last time at Chic FIL a...the food wasn't all that for what we spent , the service was poor and the little girls attitude was uncalled for ....we just wanted our order.. And people wonder why businesses can't survive in Pine Bluff.... Your employees make you..not the management , not the name...the employees....I'll drive to Little Rock before I ever spend another...
