McDonald's — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

We were treated very rudely. We were given one amount at the order speaker. When we asked if we could add on to the order instead of just saying we couldn't another woman with a bad attitude appeared, yelled at us a different total, and slammed the window and told the cashier to just cash us out. We found out they added a egg mcmuffin to our order when we got the receipt. We tried to talk to the cashier but she was frazzled and confused too so we went to the next window. They took our receipt when we told them we didn't order a egg mcmuffin. We were told to pull forward and when we did the same woman who yelled at us at the first window came out handing us a bag. We told her we didnt order a egg mcmuffin and she threw the bag in the car and walked back into the restaurant. 2nd attempt at trying to get food at this location in an hour time frame. I went into the lobby , waited for 7 minutes for someone to come take my order and they just stood there and looked at me, walked right outside to the 8 cars (yes and I counted) that were pulled up waiting on their food. The elderly had to get out after pulling up to get the food they ordered. I’m glad I don’t live out here. Ridiculous. As well will be reporting it to corporate to make sure they get this review. Unacceptable. It doesn’t take much to say “welcome to McDonald’s give me one moment” but to stand there for 7 minutes on two different occasions to not even be spoken to but just recognized? We often don’t use McDonalds unless traveling. We were down in the area and needed a quick bite with the kids.

During our particular visit the service was okay, not note worthy. Only complaint was our fry boxes weren’t even opened to be filled appropriately but overall food was satisfactory. The floors under multiple booths were covered with food droppings. We had to wipe down our table with visible sticky remains. The ketchup station and napkins were not stocked. The bathrooms were disgusting with unknown fluids in the urinal and the changing table had brown residue and an old rag. Thee particular issues would beg me to question overall cleanliness and...
