Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

Really disappointed here. They are usually always pretty good during the day but for some reason sight shift just doesn’t do as well. There have been multiple times where they refuse my order because they are “closing” even when it’s only 7:00pm. Other times they limit me on what can be ordered telling me they don’t have the chicken sandwich or when I try to order the chicken strips they can’t do that either or they can only do a certain size. It’s very frustrating that I try to order for my family but they refuse to actually cook. I’m super disappointed with the service. Yesterday will be my LAST visit to the Popeye's on Camden. These people are the most rude, hateful & lazy people on the face of the earth. I had to wait thirty minutes for my chicken sandwich. And they weren't busy!!! Tere were three cars waiting. I was the first one. After twenty the third car waiting finally walked to the window & after a short discussion got his order. I waited ten more minutes before they finally brought my almost cold food out. Which means the orders were sitting there, waiting. Not that they cared. I fully intend to report this to corporate. We waited for 10 minutes to place out order and to repeat everything at least 3 times. When we finally got to the window we were asked to pull over to a parking spot. (One of three cars) 25 minutes later our order arrived, incomplete. The excuse was that our order taker had gone on break, yet the very nice young lady that came to our car had a receipt with the correct order on it. We we gifted an apple pie for our trouble.
