Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

My taco's looked like they had been run over by a truck they were stale my taco bottoms all 4 split lettuce tomatoes looked like they had a hard night and slept all day inside my 1 of 4 supposed to be supreme please check out my Google Map under my name with my 4.1Million VEIWERS as I have shared my terrible Taco Bell located on Camden Road Pine Bluff, AR 71603 food is always with me tacos some visits you can only use cash or no meat for tacos up charge for any substitute meats that they dont have not long ago went to visit he Taco Bell on Olive Street General Manager outside yelling and cursing about child support cars lined up back to the turn in get to the menu board the person says I can only fix you a drink and nothing else they were the only one working while the GM outside on their cell phone. I keep returning spending $ 18-43.79 for myself daughter higher end with my elderly mom/aunties and my visits are a huge miss. Their fountain drink Dr. Pepper and Pepsi taste fantastic, Immaculate customer service. just never get great tacos. First: they were only accepting exact change! Second: they couldn’t sell me a Mexican pizza bc they were out of boxes! Third: they couldn’t sell me any flavor of frozen drink! Plus they were out of at least 3 fountain drink flavors! Fourth: NO SOFT OR CRUNCHY TACOS!!!! Fifth: I was told everything was in the one sack that I was handed. Nope! Had to wait in the line again only to be asked at that speaker if I could come in. I politely told them that I was not in a position to come in and that I would wait in the line. There was a man sitting in the shadow just outside the door and it had already gotten dark outside. I was also asked at the speaker if I had a receipt, no, I was not given a receipt. I was then told that they were working on other orders….. (orders that were placed After my order)! Sixth: they were out of packages to put the cinnamon twists in so my 3 orders were just dumped all together in a brown paper sack. Seventh: I have written this entire review while waiting a second time at the window for my order. Well over 30...

This Taco Bell is very close to our home so for a late night snack we go there from time to time. The person waiting on us has always been rude and inhospitable. The drive thru takes forever. Tonight was especially bad. The food was poorly prepared, they were out of beef, and from working at Taco Bell I know that is due to lack of prep and you're not supposed to charge the customer extra, especially without talking them they will be charged extra. My boyfriend got a nacho bell and wanted the sour cream on the side, didn't get the sour cream at all. There was almost nothing on top of the cold, stale chips. But we paid more for the steal. I got a burrito supreme, regular, but with steak, of course. And I wanted it well grilled, but not charred. It has no sour cream (I love sour cream). It was barely held together and the tortilla was stale. It was barely grilled. This is a shame. Our food cost almost THIRTEEN DOLLARS for THREE ITEMS. And tastes like crap. The only thing they didn't mess up...
