Arby's — Restaurant in Pine Township

Sat stopped got 2 gyros ..walked in to order at 740 took almost 5min to be acknowledge at counter that was probably a couple sitting in dining room was waiting in their food and it was ready..placed my order. Ordered 2 Greek gyros extra sauce to go time on receipt said 748..drive thru wrapped around building red suv waiting in line in front of building. Guy walks in orders to gyros at 8pm..employee making sandwiches freaking out cause they were busy kid working drive thru tried to help.her but she yelled at him to get out of kitchen ppl will just wait she said with a horrible attitude..810 come about i ask how much longer after multiple cars served thru dt. 816 finally get food..walk out to car the red sun that was infant of building when I ordered was getting their food out the windows which means at least 8-10 cars were served after I ordered. Gor in car checked order before leaving what do u know it's wrong got one roast beef one Greek gyros with light sauce..walked back in got employee attention told him sandwiches were wrong he told cranky women in kitchen..she replied loudly several times what did i supposedly mess up like it was my fault..no u messed up not me. After a lady walked in ordered 2 gyros as I was waiting on new sandwiches she received her food with 5-7min..i asked how much longer for my sandwiches. The kid whom took my bag says what r u waiting for..wtf!!! I tell him he tells woman she goes oh the sandwiches I supposedly messed up the yelling at me what did u order wrong. I told her she messed up not me after being yelled at by her laughed at by two boys working like it was a joke I got food and walked out of this store at 838pm....I called next day talked to mgr who apologized finding out it was a manger who yelled at me..I wanted an apology from those employees not her. Almost an hrs for 2 sandwiches. Not even offered money back nothing that night just laughed yelled at just harrasef like I did something wrong. I will start off by saying I really love Arby’s and the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. . I have come back to try another sandwich only to find this time there is big bread which was fresh and then little pieces of bacon a tiny little strip of cheese and very little turkey I had asked for Exter Ranch did not get that. Luckily, I found some mayonnaise here at the hotel in packets, which was fine. I visited this Arby’s at around 5:00 pm today it was not a good experience. They did not have medium cups, they only had a small or large. So I had to order a large. Since the drive up window was the only way you could get you food, I had pulled away and when I lookedat my sandwich, the sandwich was not wrapped well the meat was black and sticking out of the wrapper and the bun was hard on the bottom like it was setting on a warmer.
