Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Piqua

Piqua OH papa johns: Foods dope, deliveries are always fast. But when it comes to the closing team they have poor customer service. Granted they have closing times, but when u call 30 mins before they close and deliveries are 15 mins, nobody answers the phones. I had to place my order online which took longer and ended up being placed right as they closed (which i tried to avoid so they can go home on time, but they didnt answer their phones for 30 mins ) Since i placed it online i call the store at 1230 to make sure my online order went thru (the one i tried placing over the phone at 12), and FINALLY SOMEONE ANSWERED, but only to tell me they were closed. I had to stop her before she hung up just to tell her i was checking on my order and i told her I tried calling to avoid a late delivery, and she told me that they dont pick up their phones 15 mins before they close, but i thad to tell her i tried calling even before that and all she could say was oh. Didnt even explain why nobody, manager or cook alike, could take 2 seconds to take a phone call. Didnt even apologize for the inconvenience or delay. Like what the hell man? Open til 1230, but u close 15 mins early? Last time i checked, the time u close is the time u stop taking orders, cuz that gives the company money, and keep customers coming in.

Only complaint i have, i hope the higher ups see this and do something to change this, would hate to stop ordering here cuz of poor management and customer servics all becuz someone doesnt wanna do their job to the set time they're supposed to made by the people...

I don't know where they got this pizza from before they delivered it. This isn't the PJ pizza I'm used to from decade's past. This pizza was very enjoyable. Delicious. My date can't stop Bragging up the crust. (Epic garlic cheese) Original crust Extra cheese And whatever else was on it.

Not 100 sold on the jalapeno bites, yet the pizza quality may have thrown off the bites a little cause the pizza was great. Delivery boy was nice with communication. Only this would of been Better, napkins since we were in a Hotel room. Oh, spicy garlic butter sauce. My dreams I didn't know I even had+++(Came true) That stuff is perfection. If the delivery guy would of brought a extra one and said, "I seen your order, and I knew you would need an extra one, and then I tried it, I totally would of lost my sh&# cause I'm in love. Thank you PJ. Definitely way Better than...

I haven't ordered from this location for some time and went to place a carryout order in person whilst running errands. After waiting to be acknowledged by a member of staff, I was told that I could not place a carryout order and they could only do delivery. I asked if I could place the order while standing there and they reluctantly did so, but charged extra since I was required to have delivery. To me this seems bizarre. The food itself was fine, exactly what I would expect from Papa John's. It's only the service itself that I question. The delivery was quick though, and the driver was friendly...
