Was visiting from out of town, decided to get qdoba for the fam so I ordered through their mobile app and paid. Upon arrival, i noticed the doors were locked and two employees inside putting food away. I repeatedly knocked on the doors and windows to get their attention. They seen me trying to get their attention and ignored me. I then began to call the store while standing outside looking through the window observing the phone lighting up and the employees looking at the phone ignoring my call. After five phone calls, an employee picked up and I explained my situation. The employee begins to tell me they are on summer hours and close earlier. I notified him they should look into changing their hours on google and he said "thanks, I'll get right on that." I asked if I could come inside to at least get a refund for the meal I purchased but wasnt going to recieve. He explained to me to take it up with Uber, I asked why would I have to take it up with Uber? You are two different companies, he said that's who you order through right? I stated "no, I ordered on your mobile app." He begins to tell me theres nothing he can do and I will have to take it up with my bank. This was...
Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at Piscataway location. I placed a mobile pickup order and encountered multiple issues with both the food and the service.
Upon arrival, I noticed that the employee preparing my order forgot to include the tortilla shell. When I reminded him after the bowl was completed, he attempted to make it but then informed me that the pilot light was not working, so he couldn’t prepare the shell. I requested a refund for both bowls, but he refused, stating that I would need to handle it online through the help center. When I asked to speak with a manager, he claimed that he was the manager.
To make matters worse, when I got home and opened my bowl, I realized that it was missing lettuce, had white rice instead of the brown rice I ordered, and lacked the crispy tortilla strips. The overall experience was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.
If there is anyone at a higher level who can review the security footage, I would appreciate it if you could verify what I ordered versus what was actually served. I hope Qdoba takes this matter seriously and addresses both the quality of service and the...
Read moreVery disappointing location, like other reviews have said. I ordered a quesadilla and fountain drink for pick up. I had a reward for free chips and queso with an entree but it wasn’t working online when I tried adding it to my cart. There is an option to scan it in store. One of the two workers would not let me use it, even though she said what I ordered counted as an entree. Then I go get my fountain drink. The machine was not working and had warning signs all over the screen that it needed to be cleaned and was out of many drinks. I asked the second worker for help, and instead of cleaning it like the warnings said, she opened and slammed its door 20 times. She told me to wait a few minutes for the screen to clear. When it cleared, most of the drinks were out, including all of the no or low sugar drinks, which is concerning for someone like me who is diabetic. When I chose a drink and drank it, I could TASTE AND FEEL THE CHUNKS OF GUNK FROM THE FOUNTAIN IN MY MOUTH. MY STOMACH IS HURTING NOW. I am so disappointed as a student and employee of Rutgers who just...
