I have no clue what happened to this Starbucks in the past year. I went in the other day to order a drink, and two employees were conversing. One saw me and turned back to her conversation. Two seconds later, she takes my order. There were about seven Starbucks employees total and around three people waiting for their drinks, including me. I saw about four employees just standing around, talking, and doing nothing.
