I like Cold Stone. it's my favorite ice cream! I was looking forward to this place to open near my house. We ordered cookies and cream ice cream, with no mixes in. The guy who was doing our order served us a different flavor of what we asked. I said, "What flavor is this?" He looked at me in a weird way and said," Cream, " I said. we asked for cookies and cream, and he just looked at us. There was another girl next to him she said, we don't have cookies and cream, we only have the cream from the cookies and cream. My son said to the guy, "In that case, can you mix an oreo, please, or is it yo late to do that?" He looked at my son like he wasn't willing to do that, like if this was a huge thing that he needed to do. I said, "Can you mix an oreo, please? Since there are no cookies and cream yo can mix an oreo cookie." He gave us such a bad attitude, just for asking that. He could've told us that there had been no cookies and cream since the beginning, and this way, we could've ordered the oreo cookie mix in. I don't think that he will have to put a big effort to just get the ice cream in the cold stone to mix the cookie in. He grabbed the ice cream to mix the cookie, and when he handed it to my son, it was all messy, and the ice cream was dripping. I asked another one of the girls that was working there to do mine, I didn't want the guy who treated us so poorly to do my ice cream. We left, and I had to throw away my son ice cream, it was al melted and with the bad attitude of the guy and his horrible customer service skills we didn't even feel like eating it. I tried the “Birthday Cake Remix” and it was hands-down the best I’ve had — perfectly mixed right in front of me on the iconic frozen granite slab. The toppings were fresh, the portions were generous, and the quality? Top-tier.

It feels great to have this Cold Stone location just a 5-minute walk from home. It’s become my go-to spot whenever I’m craving something sweet. The store is always spotless — you’re greeted with the sweet aroma of freshly made waffle cones and a tidy space that makes the whole experience feel even better. You can tell the staff take pride in keeping it welcoming.

Outstanding customer service. The team here is incredibly friendly and patient, always greeting you with a smile and ready to walk you through your options patiently if you’re feeling indecisive.
