We originally intended to try the cakes at Easter. Sometimes the universe has other ideas. We had Nicole ship the Sock It to Me cake to our house this week instead. And the Lemon cake to my SILs house for graduation next week.

The cinnamon, chocolate, and nuts are a delight for this cake. We tried it for dessert after a big meal and our stomach’s begged for more. I look forward to having another slice tomorrow morning with my coffee.
