🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Today I had the exciting opportunity to be one of the first 200 customers at Sprouts’ grand opening in Pittsburg. And let me just say, I’m so happy this store is now close to home!
While browsing near the bakery, I was approached by Silvia, who immediately offered to help me even though it wasn’t her department. I was searching for items to fit my special dietary needs, and her customer service was top notch. She knew exactly what I needed, instantly naming off brands and options that would work for me.
She not only walked me over to the products I was looking for, but also shared recipe ideas and tips to help with my new dietary restrictions. With a recent allergy I’ve discovered, it’s been tough navigating food choices, but Silvia was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
She truly went above and beyond, and it made my first visit to this Sprouts a great experience. What an awesome manager and a great example of what excellent customer service looks like!
Thank you, Sprouts, for coming to Pittsburg! Definitely will be my...
Read moreI came here on the opening day- a couple hours after the giveaways and rumored lineup of 600+ people and I even forgot about the 20% coupon on my phone (what am I even doing? Lol) but still found a ton of great deals! A lot of items were buy one get one 1/2 off, 20% off, 70 cents off, and they had a lot of great selections for food, with their own line of seasonal treats, special vendors, organic fruit and other samples. They have tons of stuff for special diets. The employees were probably exhausted but they were so nice and helpful, several checking in to see if I needed anything, joking around, willing to help and offer free stickers, totes and samples! They had a cactus energy drink sample with these ridiculous stickers of cactus people. Cracked me up. 🤣 They even hired a DJ for the first weekend! The second day I went I caught the DJs freestyle! So cool! I honestly had a lot of fun going to a grocery store 😅I’m so glad they have a...
Read moreI called the store to share my experience to a manager rather than leaving a terrible review at a brand new store. Manager “Tawny” was very dismissive. Their tone lacked empathy, and they didn’t seem genuinely concerned about my situation. The conversation on the phone was all of one minute, which felt very dismissive rather than addressed.
As a manager myself for over 10 years, customer service is important.
I visited this store on 7/16 around 3:30pm. I went to self checkout lane where I was hovered over the entire time. Older Caucasian women with light golden hair in and updo. She then came over towards me asking me do I still want items in my basket as I was checking out. Completely rude and disrespectful. I understand her role in this position but she does not need to invade.
The most upsetting part is calling hoping to get a manager with some customer service. Instead I came across another associate that lacks that.
I will...
