Papa Nachos Cantina — Restaurant in Pittsburg

My husband and I ate here last night May 10th 2025! We was greeted by a lady with messy hair sloppy clothes that looked like she just rolled out of bed in a bad mood. We asked for a booth and she wasn’t happy about that. We was usher to a booth. Looking around at what have we gotten into. The servers was gathered with cell phones in hand and heads down. Our server came over and could not answer any questions about anything we asked her. We ordered cheese dip and margaritas, cheese dip comes out lukewarm, margaritas was Undescribable. Salsa and chips was good but asked for more chips and had to ask again. I ordered beef enchiladas came out lukewarm my husband had carne asada. No sear but okay. Food is good but the service is poor at best. I would not recommend trying to order over the phone since they very seldom answer, I tried for 20 min to place an order to go. Never got my order as it was cold after I waited for them to serve a drive up customer (I waited 10 min. and they still hadn't given them their order),but I could see mine on the counter.
