Subway — Restaurant in Pittsburg

This is second time I’ve come to this location, the Customer Service was awful again ..it was as if I was disturbing the staff. I asked what bread they had available, the staff member pointed to the small writing on the glass.. now I didn’t have my readers, so I squinted to look at the small writing. Would’ve been great customer service to just name the breads available? Jerez… no smile, very rude… I’m not of Hispanic origin, the customer before me was and so was the the staff.. so they received excellent service, hefty portion of meat.. then the attitude changed , and the meat was minimal when it was my turn .. Listen!!! My money is green like everyone else’s… so please hire folks that is culturally diverse in their thinking. IT IS GETTING...

Terrible subway spot. Workers are unfriendly and rude. Their hours say 9pm on both google and their door but they close at 8. On top of that, I called them 8 times at 7:20 to confirm what time they close and there was no answer, even thought they are still open at that time. Completely unprofessional. They locked the door at 7:45 and we showed up at 8 thinking they close at 9, however they waved us away very rudely. I called them while standing at the door and still no answer even though the phone was ringing. They should change their hours if they really close at 8 instead of having everyone think they close at 8. Rude and horrible customer service. So unprofessional and I would never...

I don't know... They a lot different from when they first came out. I used to go there back then all the time but today, I don't really care for them, they have so much that that make, but I only had they sandwiches with bread not all the new stuff but the last time I was there I thought I try another kind of sandwich cuz I always got steak & cheese, so I got some kind of sandwich, it was called chicken, beacon, advocodo with ranch dressing.. Got home and it was missing the Beacon ranch & the dam advocodo! That was the last time I went there, they rude there too so I'm good... I'll continue to make my own slamming sandwiches... I make a good...
