Chip and Kale — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

Chip and Kale is a great local meal prep service. The directions are very straightforward and nicely labeled in the order the recipe uses. Great vegetarian options with yummy plant based meats. There isn't too many steps and every thing is prepackaged and measured. Me and my partner are able to cook a meal and enjoy a serving each with always a third serving leftover. So far we have enjoyed cinnamon rolls, enchiladas, greens and beans soup, pickle soup (one of our favorites) and peanut butter ramen (our second favorite). The only reason I gave it four stars and not five is because the only downside of the meals are that they can be a bit fattening instead of right in protein but still contain protein. We also enjoy the fact that they allow you to add salt and pepper to your preference. They come with herbs and spices but are not pre salted or peppered. Definitely a service we will...

Seriously so good!!

I thought it was more premade, like just heat up a portion in a container type of premade, but I was wrong.

While some things are premade like desserts and breakfast burritos, you still have to assemble the dish with minimum cooking. They make it very easy to put together.

The food itself is superb, all the dishes ive had are so flavorful!! I've been vegan for over 8 years and some of these dishes are now a few of my favs.
