Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin a few times a week since it opened. I usually come during the week between 8-10 am and on the weekends a little later, anywhere from 9-12. The weekday crew is outstanding! Quick, efficient, friendly, my order is correct and tastes good. The person with the fire acrylic nails is my favorite. If I were just rating those visits, five stars.

However there is someone who started there recently who takes orders that should absolutely not be taking orders. She is typically there later in the morning and you can barely hear her. She asks for your order but doesn’t type it in so you can’t see until you pay and get your receipt that she messed it up (probably because she’s half listening and DOESN’T TYPE IT IN AS YOU SAY IT like what is she doing???). Or if you are so lucky that she’s also working the window you don’t even get your receipt or know your total she just silently swipes your card and hands things to you. She needs to switch to a different spot because order taking is either not her strength or she doesn’t care enough to do it correctly, which either way is...

It’s hit or miss. During the week in the morning the lady with long dark hair is amazing and super nice. Also the man with the cutest nails done is also very nice. Weekend is awful. They are always out of everything before 9am, never have enough staff and food is not good. Also huge pot hole at the entrance that is awful and needs fixed. Overall it’s a convenient location and spot to just drive thru.

Update: my 3 stars went to 1. Last two days have been awful. I go to this place every day and now I probably won’t be back. Yesterday on a busy Saturday they were closed because the manager didn’t show up. And now today I wait 20min to get to the window and their scanner is broke. You would think they should of said something when you ordered if the form of payment most people use is broke?! So the lady goes I’m sorry and I don’t have Apple Pay or any other payment and now I’m left with nothing.

This location has gone downhill fast. Sorry to see it plummet because it’s so convenient but this past week...

I’ve gone to this location multiple times, and each time the person who takes my order and gives me my food has been super rude. This last time I ordered simple an ice mocha latte, and she even said it back to me, and when she gave me my drink I was like is this and I smoke a lot and she’s like no I thought you said French vanilla. And I said no ice mocha latte and she took it for me and she had an attitude when she gave me my drink I said thank you and she just walked away. I worked in customer service, phone number of years and I am so sorry but that’s not how you treat a customer and you really need to evaluate your employees @...
