Third time with the wrong food. Sorry, but three strikes and you are out. This time I was in a hurry to get to Lansing so stopped to get food quickly. First of all I was waiting in line and somebody else pulled up in the other lane and they took their order first. Once I got my food and could open the bag, I immediately realized that I didn’t get the burger I ordered, so I called to let them know. The manager said she would put my name in the customer book. I was fine with that, but when I looked at the other items, I realized the entire order was wrong. I didn’t want the food in the bag, and it cost less than what I ordered so I called back to let them know. They said in order to reimburse for what I actually ordered, I would have to bring the food back! Are you kidding me? I explained I am on the road and cannot turn around. I said that they can look at my receipt (that was still at the restaurant since they didn’t give it to me) for proof. Then they can put it in the books with my name. They said no, that is not their policy. The manager wouldn’t speak to me; she spoke through her employee. The employee gave me the number to the owner. Of course nobody answered and there was no way to leave a message. I called the restaurant back and nobody would answer. I tried several times and no answer. I am assuming they looked at the phone number and refused to answer. That is what upset me most. I am not upset about the $8.33. I am upset about very poor management and customer service. I have never left a negative review but; but this poor customer service just upset me...
Read moreI picked up an online order around 930pm on April 17. the young man at the second drive thru window seemed to be relatively new, as he was asking a lot of questions. there was an older man with long grey hair who seemed to be a manager, and I didn’t like the way he seemed to be speaking to the young man. My food came out warm, I had the correct bag and was just waiting on a drink. The older man was barking orders with a degrading tone toward the young man as he asked questions — something that learning employees should be doing! the manager was instructing the young man to hand out another bag and a smoothie, which i’m assuming was for the car behind me, and the young man was rightfully confused as i was only waiting on a large drink. when the young man handed the food out I let him know that I only needed a drink and felt the need to reassure him that he was doing a great job, because he was, and I was disappointed to see how a grown adult man was speaking to this boy who could not have been much older than 16. I didn’t get either of their names at the window but if management is reading this, please give that young man praise and maybe speak to your management staff about respect as a...
Read moreThis might just be the worst McDonald’s location ever and i wish I could give them a zero star, they don’t even deserve that. My order was consistently messed up, not once or twice, but three times. I waited there for Atleast 25 minutes after multiple screw ups for a such a basic order. The drive-thru is very poor and unprofessionally managed. The service is extremely rude and unorganized, there wasn’t even a greeting coming or going out. The lady at the window didn’t say hi or have a good day, all she said was “that’s everything” when they missed a whole three salads. They are also very unclear on directions when they say to pull into the reserved parking area for food pickup, the guy just said “pull up” took our receipt and walked away, leaving me very confused. I was unsure what to do so I waited there (not knowing there was reserved parking) and got called a “fu* re”, honked at, and disrespected due to unprofessionalism. This McDonald’s lacks communication. I will not be coming back to this location and will be encouraging...
