Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Placentia

DECADES OF DOMINOES THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS SPENT,, SO MUCH I EARN A FREE PIZZA 5-6 times a year.. BUT NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks to one store at 1913 N Placentia Ave, Placentia, CA 92870.................

Ordered a pizza 12/7 comes an hour plus later cold and damaged. Call store, manager says will send another be at least an hour, I say WHAT!?!? You are going to punish me and make me wait because you screwed up?!?!? Just pick this one up and give me my money back and have manager call , no one shows no refund and assured owner will call tomorrow.1 week later call store, same manager, tries to reach owner, assures me they will call me tomorrow. 1 week later guy calls, says he is rep of owner, combative, argumentative and would not just refund me, but instead wanted to tell me how he tried to call me a week earlier, I have no record of it, no voicemail NOTHING!!! But he wants to keep arguing and interrupting me, I then want to speak to his supervisor, he tells me he is the boss. NO WONDER THE STORE SCREWED UP,,,, HE IS THE BOSS?!?!?!?!? Sent messages to Corporate NO RESPONSE EVER!!!!!! THANKS for NOTHING DOMINOES..... Can't even get my money back for the dreadful product they delivered weeks ago.... You are losing a loyal life long customer and gaining a LOT of bad PR,,, Because I will be sure and tell everyone about how I was treated and disrespected by the store and ownership. I will go out of my way to discourage others from ever ordering...

I used to really love this location, I've never really had a problem here before, until yesterday, I ordered a pizza and some wings and a soda at 4:30, which was on a Sunday, so i figured it wouldn't be busy at all, over an hour later i finally get my pizza, the wrong wings, and no soda, 30 minutes later the delivery driver brings to soda and apologizes for how busy they were, it wasn't a huge deal,

the manager tells me i can order at another time and he will give me some free food in the amount that I spent that day, so when i call in today to order a similar order, they're only willing to give a free pizza, and the extra cost of the cheesy bread and 2 small vitamin waters comes out to 20 dollars including the 2.50 tip i usually give, that's insane for just cheese bread and 2 vitamin waters first off...and secondly it's really frustrated to be told one thing in the heat of the moment and then to not have them honor what they said.

i know i won't receive a phone call or any outreach to make this better, so i just want to warn people to order here with caution as poor service is apparently completely random

Even if you've ordered there every weekend for the past few months, and ordered at your last dominos before moving every weekend for the past few years, there is apparently no appreciation for long...

Worst customer service I have ever experienced since moving to California. Asked for 40 wings and asked for it to be split in 2 sauces. 30 mango habanero and 10 buffalo. I was told that the order only included 1 sauce. I asked to speak to the manager and another person got on the phone and told me the same thing. I called two other Domino's stores nearby and both took my order with no problem. Since I had already ordered from the Placentia store, I kept my order and decided I would just talk to the manage face to face. When I got there I asked to speak to the manager, the guy that came to the front was young and did not introduce himself. He asked what I needed, and I began to explain the situation. His response was that the owner of that franchise had instructed them that only one sauce was to be offered per order do to the type of equipment at that store. I asked if he knew what exactly that meant and he said no and that he did not make any exceptions to the franchises rules. He had a bad attitude and rolled his eyes. I told him I would follow up on line and he said I could do what ever I wanted. So here I am and it will be the last time I order...
