Nice store, Horrible Customer Service… The store manager on duty was very understanding & apologetic however the two cashiers were extremely rude to me while I was inquiring about returning some outdated items. The young lady cashier changed the reason she would not be able to accept the items multiple times while getting and attitude with me for confronting her on it and asking to speak with a manager as if she received commission for the products I inquired about returning. Furthermore as the situation was resolved and the items ended up being too outdated to return which is understandable…. The young lady proceeded to antagonize me as I left by saying “bye”in a Condescending tone as if she was kicking us out and letting me know she’s not scared of me as if I was trying to intimidate a young lady while holding my 1 yr old DAUGHTER, smh.I just wanted to confront the miscommunication & I did not deserve any rudeness in the process. At any rate this experience was Extremely horrible as stated Initially and to add insult to injury the male cashier decided to chime in at the end and dismiss us as if his word was law. I decided to digress and leave however I felt extremely disrespected & I’m not sure if I’ll ever shop at that store again. Customer service is key to running a customer based business and today they dropped the ball...

Not only do I drive further to come to the placentia grocery outlet but I've been shopping there for over 2 years. I will never go back again. Not only did the cashier almost take my finger off by shoving cans towards me while I bagged, she messed up putting my total amount that I had given her in cash and could not figure it out what to give me back even with my help as she decided for 20 minutes to not listen to me or call management for help so she backed up the line made me wait and then I bought two almond milks which rang up for several dollars more as soy milk and when I went back in the manager on duty lied and said this is the sticker that was on the shelf back there which I for sure knew that it was not true.
