Pretty disappointed in the Flo’s experience in the last year. At least three times we have ordered, the order has been wrong. Last night, we saw our delivery driver pick up our pizza boxes of the floor of the delivery vehicle. When we opened them up in the house, the pizzas were smashed. It was pretty clear they had fallen off the seat of the vehicle, fallen to floor and had smashed to one side of the box. Besides that, one of the pizzas was not made properly, the receipt and delivery sticker on the box clearly stated to not put certain ingredients on the pizza. This is at least the third time, that this particular pizza came wrong. We could have dealt with a smashed pizza if it would have been brought to our attention, put the wrong toppings and lack of concern over quality and customer service was enough to push it over the edge. On top of that, we were supposed to receive a full refund for the original purchase. Instead of a refund, our credit card was charged twice. Now we have paid twice for mediocre pizza and even worse service. When we called the manager at the location, he said, “there is nothing I can do about it.” And essentially hung up. Usually I recommend Flo’s to anyone, I think it will be a restaurant I tell my friends and family to avoid for the time being. It would be nice if a general manger or corporate individual would follow up with us. We have some serious concerns and would like our double charged credit card to be refunded promptly. The service was very slow right off the bat. Coming out of covid, we semi expect this due to staffing shortages. We had to ask for plates and silverware at the bar when our appetizer arrived because the waitress did not bring any. My hungry traveling children wanted pizza. They had a thin crust and thick crust option. Bother we’re ordered as thick. The first pizza came out with thin crust but the correct topping. The second pizza came out thick crust but with all the wrong toppings. There was an extra wait time for thick crust that we were aware of, which made this situation even worse. Our waitress never came back to check the status of our food. We approached the bar again to ask for a manager. He was very pleasant and took notes of everything as well as visual inspection of the food. He looked in the computer to see how it was rang in. We told him as an FYI and that we would eat regardless because we were hungry. He offered to remake the pizzas correctly free of charge to take home. We politely declined as we are traveling. He then brought our bill to the table where he graciously took off just under 50% for all the issues. Only then did the waitress come back to the table to check the status of our food. We did tell her about the things that were wrong and she barely had anything to say.
