Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Plainfield Charter Township

So I’ve not been to a Tim Hortons in a while simply because I don’t live by one but decided to stop and grab a bite. I asked for a breakfast sandwich and hash brown, when I bit into the hash brown it was hard as heck!! I went right back and complained about it. The young lady told me they typically don’t sell it after breakfast. I completely understand that, but why would you sell it?!? When you placed the hash brown inside the bag you should’ve known or been able to feel that it was extremely hard and knew that it was old! This may seem really petty, and I’m not trying to be petty actually just trying to Make a point. I did go back and they replaced it for me with a different item And I appreciate that, but it’s...

It’s our regular place to go since this location around our neighborhood. But this morning I got unpleasant experience. After place order couple sausage croissants with blueberry muffin and donut, sandwich maker wrapped croissants on the paper bag but other employee place muffin and donut on a plate. When I said that I need those on a bag, she said : oh this is for to go? You didn’t say it. Well, as she works at the hospitality industry, she’s definitely can’t said that to customer. If this a mistake, I can blame on her back since she didn’t ask me too, when she take order, if that for to go or not like it’s used to happen all the time. Just transfer those stuff to the bag...

This Tim Hortons is consistently terrible. They are almost always out of whatever you’re interested in, regardless of it being 6 am or 6:00 pm. If you’re lucky for them to have what you want, they’ll mess your order up every time. If you want two donuts, they’ll give you one. And if you don’t catch it right away, you’ll have to hop back in the long line to wait for them to fix it because they still haven’t opened their lobby.

This place sucks. I’ve filed a complaint with corporate because it’s so bad. Do yourself a favor and avoid this TH like the plague. There are much better places nearby for whatever you’re looking...
