UPDATE: Horrible response from dealer; this is my honest experience, not a short-sited review AT ALL. She literally lastly left me a rude text and silenced the conversation. Iâm allowed to ask questions, itâs ridiculous she was annoyed and rather wanted to give my money back. The only part of the response accurate is that we werenât compatible CLEARLY. And disregarded the part where they were WRONG about the body side moldings which are available, and will be put on elsewhere tomorrow. If you want a nice vehicle and great customer service, Iâd go elsewhere and can gladly recommend a few other dealers. People who are truly sorry donât make excuses for poor treatment. I stand by my review.
The biggest star for the vehicle itself, and a star for the gentlemen who helped me (the manager and the boy who completed the sale). I began with Olivia, who didnât like me asking questions, eventually offering me back $43,500 I prepaid because âit doesnât sound like this vehicle is working out for youâ. She sent me one last text before muting the conversation, and I never heard another word from her. Regardless of what they claim, there is definitely pressure to buy warranties. And lastly, so much hassle over body side moldings supposedly not being in stock/only available to âbuiltâ vehiclesâŚ.. parts are available on your website! For a few months, I was a passive buyer, waiting for the right time to make a purchase. Initially, I connected with Hannah to discuss a few options as I started thinking about a future purchase. Honestly, I was hesitant to share my contact information because I didnât want constant follow-ups while I was still deciding.    Read morePurchased a XSE Camry 6/9/22. This is the first review of a dealership experience I have ever written. The reason is because of MCSC (Sales) Adam Bock. It is only because of his candidness, sincere commitment to our needs & professionalism that we decided to go with Kool Toyota and not the other Toyota dealership in the area first visited. Furthermore Adam made himself available to us at all times (even calling us back on his day off via checking his VM) especially after the initial transaction/deposit was made. He is direct, knowledgeable and personable. We have never had an experience like that. This made the transaction easy and comfortable. This made us excited when we left. The acting F&I manager (Business Manager Jorel Davis) was stress free and equally satisfying. Jorel understood my needs offering options that best fit our long term needs. He too deserves credit for representing Kool so well. The dealership overall is welcoming with sincere friendly smiles and greetings and has that smaller unintimidating feel about it. My wife who was a career dealership office manager felt the same way and was impressed. I believe the overall long term staff says a lot about why it works. Experience, straight up answers and no high pressure up sells. This is my first Toyota and this dealership will be my go to for sales & service. Definitely give this a look before you buy elsewhere.
