So, first off, this location says online that they close at midnight, while their sign at the store says 11:00pm. This inconsistency needs to be corrected in itself as it leads us and others to go after 11 thinking they’re open when they are not. However, for our latest experience that doesn’t matter, as we went there at 10:30, 30 minutes before the sign AT THE STORE says they close. We pulled up to the window after getting no answer at the speaker only to see there was at least one employee inside. I honked to get her attention, which she ignored. Once she saw us, she mouthed that they were closed to which I replied no you’re not. When she came to the window and told us they were closed, I pointed to the sign at the window and told her “no, you don’t close until 11” and she simply stated again they are closed and shut the window, refusing to give me her name or store number. We went to the front to get a picture of their hours and sign with the store number. She then came to the window and began recording us on her cell phone, took a picture of my license plate, and appeared to call the police (we hadn’t broken any laws, did not harass her in any way, or attempt any further interaction with her after leaving the window). Read moreNO MORE, NO MORE. Have been going to this location for years as it’s the closest to my house than any other locations BUT……I will keep driving right past from now on. Nowadays you try and cut some slack for shortcomings that are clearly everywhere BUT…….this locations issues are not close to the same. 1. Odd hours of not open or people inside and refusing to take order 2. Floor inside is always slick with what would appear to be a coating of grease/dirty tables 3. Pop machine for customers is always problematic and the soda is flat 4. People working location need to take an English class as some of them you can barely even place an order 5. The so called manager always appears to move at her own pace which is slow or backwards. OVERALL….they serve food which gets them to 2 stars but I personally will keep driving past to another location or skip Burger King...
Read moreI often visit this Burger King since it’s close to my home, but honestly, my patience is running thin. The service leaves much to be desired — the staff always look like they’re in a perpetual bad mood.
The drive-thru is even worse: it’s slippery right now, and the car barely stops because no one bothered to salt the area for safety.
On top of that, the drive-thru speaker has been malfunctioning for weeks. You can’t hear anything — neither what I’m saying nor what the staff are saying back. It’s extremely inconvenient and frustrating.
Guys, if you don’t want to lose customers, please fix these issues. For now, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where the service is up to par. Not...
