The fact that Google forces you to give any stars is incredibly frustrating. This location doesn't deserve any benefit of even the forced one star. My Wife and I ordered Friday, September 9th at 7:08pm through the app. An automated email stated that it would take 31-41mins for delivery. At 7:56, I began calling, as the app said “Chris” is doing a “Quality Check” at 7:23pm. It took 25 minutes and multiple attempts at calling to get through to a person in the store - Christopher ,the "manager" started the conversation with "they'll call when they're outside" without asking any details about our order. Then followed up with, "it'll get there when it gets there". He offered no apology, explanation, or resolution that constitutes for actual customer service. When our order still wasn't here after an hour and a half, we finally cancelled after spending another 15 minutes this time on hold as the phone receiver was placed on the counter and left of the hook. The order was received I checked my order with the driver and it's nothing that I ordered. They said that's all they had. I ordered two Iced Teas and two Sprites and instead was given two Cokes and two sprites. I ordered a medium pie with mushrooms and green peppers I received a medium plain pie, I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich, and it is burned significantly. This is the second time this has happened, I opened up a dispute last time, and I got a generic response. I do not want a generic response this time. I believe in supporting the local economy, that's why i do delivery, and I was given two reasons in a row that i shouldn't at this store. I want a refund not a generic email.
