Service is good although I did have to wait they apologized at least 5-6 times for the wait witch coming from an automotive job myself I understand how it can be when you get smacked with a lot of customers my review is high for these reasons the staff was kind they went thru heck to find my size tires (even if they didnāt seem to concerned about it when I first got there) and they satisfied my need of tires the things they can improve on; seems very unorganized but every shop has their way of doing things maybe they could adapt the layout better or find better storage for the tires, my second issue is that it seems they do base price on your cars brand not the parts themselves for example people who came in with another car that needed 17ā tires they cost them $50 a peace, witch didnāt seem bad for uses tires I however got the 17ās for my car and for some reason the price was increased to $60 (witch they said was the discounted price since it took them so long) witch to me was Bc they saw the BMW badge and figured they can upcharge me Bc I may have more money, this is not the first time I have used this shop in fact I came in about a year prior with my white e46 convertible Bmw and bought two rare size 18ā tires for my rear. They charged be $55 a tire that time full price and it made sense it was slightly more expensive then their other customers Bc it was a performance tire a little harder to find and definitely would cost more new anyways so that made sense but when I came for these regular 17ās on my e39 540 it seemed that they wanted to make it seem as if they were cutting me a deal when actually I felt as if I had been upcharged and was out a 1 1\2 hour wait; other then those minor grevinces they are a great shop and I have even heard great things from others about them witch is why I used them for temporary tires when I need something to hold me over till next pay they have a great staff and the owner and people who work the desk do a great job though very hard workers and determined to have you leaving happy and with more money in your pocket then you would at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI waited for almost two hours just to have two tires installed. I also told the staff member to be careful and not to brake my TPS monitor from off of my tires because they have broken it in the past.
When the tires were finally installed all of the sensors were reading on my tires except for one of them. I brought the issue to Rodrigoās attention and he said that he would check the tire, but I would have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes, remind you I had already been there for almost two hours. After the staff member checked the tire, come to find out, they had broken my TPS monitor from off of my tire once again. Rodrigo told the staff member to install another sensor that he had in his shop, but I refused that sensor because it was an after market brand. I have a new car and I specifically told him that I wanted him to purchase the sensor from the car dealership. Once I said that, I was told by the owner, which is Rodrigo, that I would have to come back the following day.
Also I was quoted a price for the tires by Rodrigo. When it was time for me to pay for the tires, I was not allowed to use my $10 off coupon even though my purchase was over $100, which was the specified amount to be eligible to use the coupon. I will never do business with him again!! This place does not even deserve a one star!!
Rodrigo is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL . He has TERRIBLE customer service skills. He treats his customers, employees , and the manager like SHXX!!! He talks to the employees and manager like they are a piece of SHXX!! He also likes to argue with the customers. He is also a BIG LIAR!! I also witnessed him kick a tire at the manager as well. I was floored when I saw that. If you want TERRIBLE service then go to Flat House Tires!! If you want great service there are plenty of other professional tire places that you can go to and be treated with respect and they also have great customer service skills. Stay FAR away from this place...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYesterday I swapped out my tie rod ends and then control arms so I stopped by this morning to get 2 tires (as mine were BALD). They charged me $60 apiece for 245/50 20s used tires. (he cut $5 each) and despite having a great big giant sign reading 49.99 for alignment special he charged me $75 then gave me a $5 break for an alignment explaining that cost is only for toe alignment. No argument with that because he explained they're going to do an all round alignment and I just had major suspension components exchanged on my front end. (I later checked and the marks I had from previous alignment in the rear were unmoved. Crooks) Knowing that I can get used tires just about anywhere around there for $40-$45 I felt like I was hit by price gouging but I took it. They put tires on without ever showing me what I was getting and I left just before closing after being there an hour and a half. Felt a bumping like the tires weren't balanced so my next chance back from vacation a week later I figured I'd return. No problem. WRONG! The tire had a bubble on the sidewall. Of course he claimed it didn't leave the shop like that. Charged me $45 for a different one. I discovered when standing over the worker this time they stripped my studs from my freshly installed hub. Despite it being an OBVIOUS FRESH CROSS THREAD the manager claimed it came like that. The tires were NOT BALANCED correctly to zero and since the alignment person wasn't in my car still tracked to the left 2 hours later when I left. Yes, the manager was calm while I was irate at the bull cap excuses he ran. Yes they were professional speaking. No! They didn't own up to simple mistakes and move to correct them. I have to return to have them correctly alignment my car, but in future I'll return to driving that extra 15 minutes for any alignment or tires I can't repair myself. Flat house left me...
