I'm not a picky eater. At all. If I'm hungry, I will eat food I don't like and it doesn't bother me a bit.
So when I say that I can't understand how Domino's is in business, that is not hyperbole.
I couldn't even make myself finish chewing a single bite. I spat it into the trash and felt bad for the trash. It's not that it's bad pizza. It's genuinely disgusting.
The texture is reminiscent of a warm sponge full of week old garbage juices.
The flavor is worse.
Nothing in it or on it is even remotely suggestive of a recognizable or distinct food stuff.
The whole putrid amalgamation blends together into a formless grease pate, coating the mouth like a spiteful witches curse.
It cannot be eaten by decent men and women. My body recoiled as it does when you try to force yourself to eat something every fiber of your being screams at you is simply not food.
It tastes like the death rattle of every joy in your life; like hope itself crying out in mortal agony as it dies slowly on your palate.
I am not a "would rather go hungry guy," but the idea that I traded money for this actually offends me. I would rather not eat again for a very long time than touch that filth to my lips.

On Thursday 6/15/23 at 8:08pm I ordered a medium cheese pizza for my son at store location 15515 Illinois Rte 59 UNIT 109, Plainfield, IL 60544. At 8:23pm The delivery driver parks his car in our driveway next to my husband car, gets out his vehicle and spits on my husband car window then proceeds to come to our door to deliver the pizza. We come outside and see that he has spit on my husband window and has it on camera clear and visible. I have video and pictures to show you this rude, unprofessional and disgusting behavior. We do not know this driver and never had any interaction with him. This is unsanitary and unprofessional and doesn’t look good for your companies customer service. Something should be done with this type of behavior because that would make anyone hesitant to purchase from this location with this behavior. This will lead anyone to believe he would do something unsanitary to someone’s food. We are highly upset and disgusted with this drivers behavior in conducting business for your company in this manner.

I ordered a XL pizza with extra cheese, bacon, and sausage. The summary of the problems: Pizza arrived at 72 degrees after being in the delivery vehicle for 28 minutes (read with a laser temp). There was not extra cheese on the pizza. There was just enough cheese to cover the sauce.
I also ordered 8 buffalo chicken wings. Summary: The chicken was cold at 70 degrees. The chicken was that type of soggy when you take frozen chicken and then microwave it. The sauce was just squirted onto the chicken. Had to throw out the chicken because it was nasty and in danger temp zone.
I filled out a complaint and they sent me an email with a coupon for 60 points which allows you to get a medium 2 topping pizza. I redeemed the reward and got nothing in my account. My complaints to corporate have gone unanswered.
