Fat Ricky's — Restaurant in Plainfield

The only good thing about this event was the driver, The girl who took my order over the phone,and the cheese fries. The two orders of pasta carbonara was nothing but grease and it had absolutely no flavor! It was leaking out of the container onto the brown bag. It was delivered in, and we still had 3 inches of grease in the container. It took four napkins to soak it up, and then the napkin looked like a piece of cheese because it was all yellow. We also ordered two bacon cheeseburgers. They were overdone to the point we could break pieces off of the burger, because it was so dry. The buns were stale. You could thump on it like a drum. It was absolutely awful. Finally, our boneless chicken wings snd sub sandwich was mediocre. My entire bill for this mess was over $100. We have been going to fat Ricky‘s in Plainfield for nine years and for the past four years it has gone downhill. I keep telling myself I’m never going back, but it’s a convenience. When ordering online at Fat Ricky plainfield. Better Iopen up your wallet. Consecutively when ordering online I have experienced discrepancies will the total when I come in to pick up and sign for the purchase. This actually occurred once when the owner Ricky was in. I spoke with him about the the misrepresented pricing online compared to when I pick up and go to sign the receipt. He told me that he would fix the online pricing and tax amount. Again I order online and go to pick up only to find that the ingredient pricing issue online has still not been corrected nor was the tax. Spoke with a district manager who tries explaining the flaw stating that the pricing for the ingredients and taxes online is off. Well duh... Rather than adjusting the price like any normal Manger would do he would rather lose a customer. All Ricky needed to do was contact his website host to fix the website. I wonder how many others may not have noticed the price difference. Shame on you Ricky! And I would find a different "district" manager, he shows poor judgment and a lack of...

I’ve ordered delivery from here twice the past few months and both times I was told the pizza would be there within the hour. The first time it took over an hour and a half and the pizza was cold and not fresh and the breadsticks were completely inedible. We thought maybe they had an off night so we tried it again. The 2nd time, it took 2 hours to deliver a small, thin crust sausage pizza and yet again, the pizza was ICE cold! The delivery driver pulled up and said “I don’t know when this was supposed to be here but I’m here now” when I told them it was supposed to be delivered over an hour ago, even they said “Wow, I wouldn’t order from us anymore” It’s a shame the pizza was ice cold both times because it seemed like it might have been alright if it was actually fresh.
