If there was a zero star option for our experience last night I’d use it. Personally it was so bad that we’re never going there again. We walked in and there were probably only four other groups waiting for their food but may be another few vehicles outside waiting for theirs. The guy taking orders said it’d be a 15 minute wait and we put in a simple 4 Gyro order with 4 fries. It ended up being 42 minutes just sitting there staring at the others also getting update about their orders. The same guy told the people behind us that it’d be an hour wait!!!! Obviously they got backed up and didn’t want any more customers. A door dash guy walked in and they hadn’t even started that order yet so they told him he’d be waiting for 30 minutes. People started to get really upset asking for managers which they said there were none. I guarantee no one that ordered yesterday will ever go back. We walked in just after 7pm so it’s hard to believe they didn’t have the staff necessary to work through the orders. It was bad. Owner and staff are really nice people. The Beef sandwich is huge and quite tasty. (Edit to add this, I've now had the beef sandwich several times. It is without question, the best beef sandwich in the area. Absolutely tasty and a monster deal. Added a star, 5 makes PERFECT) The Gyros is also huge and very tasty. The tacos are just okay and the hot dogs* are decent. They obviously use high quality ingredients, but the fries, as tasty as they were, should have been fried more so that they're more crispy. So ask for your fries well done. The Hot Dogs ...nothing worse than taking a good quality dog on a good quality bun and topping it with ice cold toppings.
