Today 10 am, tall blonde female employee made me an iced mocha, it was warm. I asked for cup of ice, she instead takes my drink to the back, dumps some out to add more ice. It tasted bitter & gross. I asked for an iced caramel latte instead & she told me all syrups were sugar-free, I asked to see the bottle, was not sugar free.
