El Taco Taco — Restaurant in Plainview

You must try this place! Don't let the exterior appearance fool you. We were passing through Plainview and decided to try it after reading the reviews. The barbacoa tacos were soooo good. The birria tacos were amazing too. They look really spicy but it's not, it's the perfect amount of flavor. The rice and beans were authentic and delicious, definitely not out of a can. We tried the jalapeno popper taco and it really hit the spot. The corn cup was made to my liking and satisfied a craving I had for a while. Such of a bad service. No customer service what’s so ever. They don’t know what customer service is probably. Can’t attend a good call when placing an order not just that. They suppose to have all the meats they offer but every time we call they never have sufficient or they just don’t want to work no more. Their food is amazing but their customer service is lacking. We called 3 times one night with no answer so we went up there in person and they were all just standing there talking while the phone was ringing like crazy in the back. When my mom asked if their phone was broken they just said they didn't know. We then ordered steak tacos and paid. They came out and said they were out of steak so we asked for a refund.
