Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Plainview

0/10 We order our food, 1 full meal & 3 different sandwiches with a side of fries. The person who I believe was the manager was super rude & short with us when taking our order. Once we received the order we got two of the same sandwiches & missing one. (We never got a receipt for our meal like we usually would) We pressed the button to say we were missing a sandwich & again the person who answered was rude we mentioned we were missing a sandwich they send a person out telling us the grills were off (mind you other people had pulled up and were still receiving food after they told us they couldn’t give us our sandwich) they told us we could come back tomorrow we said we couldn’t come back tomorrow because we are on a roadtrip hours from this sonic & he proceeded to say he didn’t know how refunds worked so he left & another person came back with our money but we’re very dismissive. I ordered on the Sonic App and came straight to the stall and let them know when I arrived. My food came right out. But the tots were OLD!!! So I pushed the button to get more, they answered and when I asked for fresh tots instead of old ones, they got an attitude. Someone came to my car and got the old ones and came right back with some more OLD tots! I told the carhop these looked old still, just dipped in the grease. So they went BACK and finally brought me some fresh ones! I pay my hard earned money to get good food and good service. Its the better sonic in plv, theyre owned by different people. One problem is drinks are made inconsistantly, example if you ask for 3 shots and pay for 3 shots of a flavor, sometimes youll get the 3 and sometimes theyll give you 1 shot and lie to your face and tell you its 3. Which leads to the second problem, sometimes the waiters are extremely rude and will really fight you if you tell them an order is incorrect. Other then that, this sonic is way better then the...
