Nu-Griddle Cafe — Restaurant in Plainview

I stopped by this place for lunch today, I was looking for a nice little breakfast place for lunch. The food was awesome, I especially liked the friendly wait staff. I was traveling from Amarillo and thought I left my wallet at the hotel, I explained to the nicest waitress I ever had and offered to pay via Venmo, Zelle, Google Pay, etc. They could not accept any of this, she told me she would pay the bill if I promised to "Pay it Forward". At the 30 min mark waiting for our food and gentlemen sat down next to use and recieved his food in 6 min or so, but at 40 min mark as the customer who just sat down recieved their food in 6-8 minutes, that was the last straw! I figured i see what the hold up was and assumed the other side must be busy, but when I see their was literally two other customers on the other side????? I got the 2 eggs with ham breakfast. Ham was paper thin and only a spattering of overcooked hash browns. The portions are ridiculously tiny. It looked like I ordered off the kids menu. Don't come here if you're very hungry. I did not leave satisfied. Also, this place allows smoking. When I walked in there was a bunch of old guys staring at me while hacking up a lung.
