KFC — Restaurant in Plainview

This place seems to get worse everytime I go back. Ordered the Crispy chicken boxes. The order comes with 2 sides and a drink. They didn't have sweet tea and I asked to substitute green beans and corn for coleslaw. That ended up being the best thing in the box and the macaroni. One box was missing and item, the chicken was ok but the way it was made??! I'm including pictures so you can see how someone just put a dollop of mayo and no pickles were added. I can understand if they were busy but there was 1 vehicle in the drive thru ahead of me and 1 in the parking lot. Aside from the food the customer service is horrible. The people that work there act like they don't care, they don't greet you or even thank you. Needless to say I won't be going back. 2 stars for the green beans and Mac n cheese that was got...

Wow I Just Had The Worst Experience Ever At KFC Here In Plainview Texas Yes Imma Continue To Complain If My Food Isn’t Cooked Properly Mind You I’m Feeding This Food To Not Just Myself But To My 5 Year Old Daughter Who I Don’t Want To Get Sick For Eating Raw Chicken Or Uncooked Mac And Cheese So Today When I Go To Place My Order The Manager Or Assistant General Manger Told The Cashier Hold On I’m Not Sure If We Can Take Her Order So I’m Standing There Waiting To See If I Am Going To Be Able To Place My Order So I Continue To Place My Order Well Why All Of A Sudden Do They Want To Take Pictures Of My Food Right In Front Of Me And Not Other Customers Food Like That Just Made Me Mad And Yes I Sure Did Call Corporate On That General Manager I Don’t Care At This...

Pulled up to the drive through at 9:31 and was told it would be a 16 minute wait for food. We let them know that was fine... It's usually a wait anyways and there were two cars in line. They get quiet and then proceed to say rudely "Actually, nevermind, it will be a 30 minute wait we are cleaning our fryers and we will be closed at that time." I was under the impression that closing time was 10:30pm. I also tried to call ahead of time, as I have gone and been told they had no more chicken, but the phone is off the hook/just gives a busy tone. Guess we will take our money elsewhere from now on and advise our families and friends to do the same. Used to love our KFC ! Definitely...
