Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Plainview

When I went in to pick up the pizza (ordered it for a family that just had a baby) and told TIM that I had a pickup order, he said to "use the pickup portal". I told him I didn't have a code and that my phone was in the truck. When I came back in and said I didn't have a code, and could I please fet my pizza, he rudely said "it's in your email"! I asked for his name and told him that it "wasn't very good customer service". The whole time, even while I waited for someone to even come to the counter, he was not pleasant AT ALL. I will be getting my pizza from a different pizza shop...

My 5⭐ rating takes into account the extraordinary pricing, of course. But even if you ignore the great value, the pizza is still on par with the pizza from the Hut & Domino's. That being said, if it's variety you want, Caesar's is going to disappoint. Still, at the risk of sounding like a scratched record - for those too young to know what a scratched record does: the needle gets stuck in a deep scratch causing it to repeat the same part/lyric over & over - where it regards pizza, Caesar's is the best...

Was in this evening 6/9/21 around 8:30PM picking up an order. The young girl that was attending the front went to the back after helping me. Her and a guy in the back were playing catch with a ball of dough. Neither one had gloves on and it kept landing on the floor. Very unprofessional. Especially playing around clearly where...
